What do I actually get on each plan?+
Exactly the same app. Every feature, the same 25 image credits per month, the same text-AI budget for Elix. Monthly and annual differ only in how often we bill and whether a trial is included.
Why does the annual trial require a payment method?+
So the subscription continues cleanly on day 15 without a second sign-up step. It also keeps casual abuse down, which helps us keep the price simple.
What happens on day 15 of the trial?+
Your saved payment method is charged $89.88 for the first year. We send a reminder before the trial ends, so you'll know when it's coming.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?+
Yes. Switch from Settings at any time. Billing is prorated, so you never pay twice for the same period.
Is there a free tier?+
No. Elixxia is a small, ad-free product at a single accessible price. The 14-day annual trial is designed to give you enough time to decide if it fits.
What if I run out of image credits?+
Image generation pauses for the rest of the month and resets on your renewal date. Everything else continues unaffected.
What happens when I cancel?+
Access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, the app moves to a resubscribe screen — your recipes, collections, and notes remain intact.
When is the iOS app available?+
The iOS app is in final testing and should be in the App Store within the next few weeks. The web app is fully available today and keeps the same data in sync with iOS once it launches.
